Why pages get rejected

Most rejections come from the graphical asset rules (only the title on capsules, no logo on the library hero), screenshots that aren't gameplay, a content survey that doesn't match the game, or a build that doesn't launch from Steam. The matcher runs in your browser.

Questions

▸How long does Steam's store review take?

Valve aims to review store pages and builds within about 3–5 business days. Submit well before your planned Coming Soon or release date.

▸What's the most common reason for a rejected store page?

Text other than the game's name on capsule images, such as review quotes, awards or 'out now'.

▸Can I resubmit after a rejection?

Yes. Fix the issues in the note and submit again; each resubmission is a new review.
