Questions
▸What size is a Steam header capsule?
920 × 430 pixels. Steam raised the capsule sizes in August 2024; the old 460 × 215 header is no longer accepted for new uploads.
▸What size is the Steam small capsule?
462 × 174 pixels. It's the most-seen image of your game: search results, top sellers and wishlists, often shown at about half that size, so the logo has to read at 231 × 87.
▸Which Steam images are required?
Header, small, main and vertical capsules, at least five 1920 × 1080 screenshots, and the library capsule, header, hero and logo. The page background is optional.
▸Can I just resize one image for all capsules?
It's a good start, but the ratios differ a lot (the vertical capsule is portrait, the small capsule is very wide). Re-place the logo on each crop so it's large and centred.
